Contemporary Christmas Card

During a recent gelli session I pulled out the neon paints :)  So so much fun...

This card is a result of an offcut of the gelli print, the last little bit of 3mm ribbon and a few sequins.

It is ridiculously bright.

I'm back!  (Ha! Take that M.E. - you won't hold me down!)  And it's Wednesday so I get to look around tons of desks for inspiration :)

Here is what mine looks like:

A gelli print ready to be torn up and collaged.

The down side of being out of action for so long is there are four lists of things to do...

One of the things on one of the lists is to sort and display/put away these little bits of crochet my Mum has made.  She comes to show me a new pattern she has mastered and I nick it for scrapbooking!  Perfect embellishments!

Time to share some news with you all..... Over on the Crafty Ribbons Inspiration blog we are going to be having another one of our fabulous events,yes it's time for our Christmas Advent Event which will run from 1st December through to the 24th December........

Happy WOYWW!  My Mum asked me if I was 'wesking' today... huh?  Wednesday Desking.  Yep!

Today my desk is full of numbers...

Hopefully by the end of the week they will all be attached to my calendar
(can't show a picture as it's a present!)

Other than that, for me, it's quite tidy!! :)

Alpha Challenge - N is also for Nautilus

I'm back with my second page for The Craft Barns Aplha Challenge.  So chuffed that I've got two done.  My intention is to carry on after the challenge has finished and fill up my dictionary with animal and bird illustrations.  I don't expect for a single moment I will get every page done but it'll be good to try.
