Lots of stuff but not much of anything in particular. Under the ink pad is a half done project. I was thinking when I started it would be a DT piece in which case you wouldn't be able to see it but now I think I've changed my mind and I'm just not sure it's good enough to be seen! Ever have things turn out not like you planned?!
I might leave it for today and make a Christmas ATC for Miss 10 instead.
I hope Julia doesn't mind me tagging this in to my WOYWW post...
Please pop over to Damask Love to read about a great campaign to help those effected by the tragedy at Sandy Hook Elementary. They are raising art kits for the kids who were caught up in the awful situation - accepting US $ donations, new supplies and handmade cards to accompany the kits.
things always turn out not like i planned

Thanks for your visit, Laura, and for your Get Well wishes for the Rev. Ernest Bear! As soon as I get round to doing him, he'll soon be on the mend! As for overdoing it, most of the time I'm OK with pacing, but once I get the bit between my teeth I tend to push through and ignore what my body is shrieking at me - even though I know it will get its revenge within a couple of days! Sometimes I just get fed up with not being able to get on with things like other people do!!
ReplyDeleteYou've got a nice busy desk this week, and I love the colours of those ink pads.
Happy WOYWW,

ReplyDeleteI'm sure the project you're hiding will turn out just fine. Sometimes it's just best to "put it down and walk away" for a while. Tee hee.
