The challenge at Quirky's this week is Chocolate... In fact 'Life is a quirky box of chocolates'
This may be the best challenge EVER!!
This double layout is my homage to chocolate! I gathered up loads of chocolate stuff that I have. Wrappers, reciepts, tasting menu, members card, chocolate covered paper, the transparency from inside a box of chocs and two different ribbons. The frame was cut from a magazine advert for a framing company.
Thanks for stopping by :)
I enjoyed your really different approach to the A.P.R. challenge (nice that you can double up with two challenges for the price of one). An interesting picture to examine up closely and look at everything, and the frame added that touch of luxury and glamour to it.
ReplyDeleteI found this challenge on A.P.R. quite difficult, not being a chocolate lover, and us never being into Valentines. Still, I got there in the end.
WOW!" Looks good enough to eat:)
ReplyDeletevery cool homage. I'm jealous that you "had" to eat all that chocolate to get the labels. Lucky girl!!
ReplyDeleteWhat a great idea, you've sure got me drooling.
ReplyDeleteVon.
So fun! I want to be in a chocolate tasting club. That should be the new book club! ;)

ReplyDeleteReally neat layout. I love the frame idea and the golden foil inside it. I have often thought "what could I do with that?" You showed me with great effect!
