I have a few
Mini Albums to share so I've decided to I'll share one at a time for a
month of Mondays, so welcome to Mini Madness Monday II... check out Mini Madness Monday I here.
This album is my Dad album. It is created from tags from clothes he's bought (yes, he does like fatface clothes!!) and contains all the things that make my Dad who he is. I tried not to Laura-fy it too much but I did add a bit of ribbon...
On the packaging of some alpha stickers was a little 'tell your story'. It wasn't meant to be used but was too perfect not to be used!
Some gentle doodling highlighting the words quality and vintage ;) and Dymo type...
A ribbon 'page'... A bus... Some (questionable?!) nicknames...
My Dad reads about 5 newspapers a day... Had to include some newsprint somewhere in the album :)
I had gone for blue and brown as my colours but it needed a bit more colour so I added in touches of orange.
Add in some sport and
some transport
and a bit more sport to make it really 'Dad!'
I've finished off the back page with TBC - to be continued. As I was trying to gather photos for this album I realised I have very few of him and vowed to make sure I take more.
As I type this I've not asked him what he thinks of the album... I'm not sure he 'gets' my scrapping. He occasionally says that a painting or creation is 'quite good' and I know it must be for him to have noticed and said :)
I'd like to share this at:
