After my Monkey World Mini Album I had a fair few scraps of coordinating paper left over. Some got put back in my scrap paper wallets ordered by colour and some made it on to this card...
Love it.

Thanks for stopping by!
. . . and those scraps (snippets) work REALLY WELL on this card. It's GREAT. Just shows you what colour co-ordination and a nice sentiment can do. I regularly enter snippets cards over at Di's Pixie's Crafty Workshop blog - there's a lovely prize to be won if you're interested in coming to play this week! Very friendly bunch.

What a neat card. I often sit and look at my various off cuts and haven't a clue what to do with them.
ReplyDeleteBeautifully coordinated colours

Hi Laura - welcome to the Snippets Playground! Brillliant way to use up snippets and the colours just go together so well.
ReplyDeleteHope you come back and play regularly.
Hugs, Di xx
YAY . . . you entered over at the Snippets Playground (I'm just catching up with commenting). Sadly I haven't found time to enter anything this week . . . but I think I'm allowed to skive because Di is away on "teacher training"!

Apologies for being late in getting, Laura. Actually, I admired your card in passing but I'm up to my eyes in packing and thought I'd come back later to comment ... well, I have, an awful lot later :( You can tell you are a scrapper, the scraps are pieced together beautifully. Elizabeth xx
ReplyDeleteThanks :)
DeleteHi Laura, It's lovely to meet you. Saw your pretty snippety card over at the Playground, (lagging behind in my commenting I fear). This is such a lovely design & use of your slivers of dp. You really made maximum use of these bits to create a beautiful card. Just joined as your newest follower & hope you might find time to visit me, and get better acquainted. Welcome to the Playground. Looking forward to seeing lots more of your work TFS
