I love buttons. No point in trying to hide it...
I don't often make projects that use lots of buttons because if I use them I won't still have them to use in the future - typical hoarding crafter!
However I seem to have had a breakthrough...
and used a tonne of buttons on this clip frame. I used pin flair glue gel and buttons from these collections; bright flowers, garden brights, garden pastels, flower blooms, dolly mixtures, cosy brights, delphinium crush, plum, and the new lilacs. (Of course, you could make a frame from one collection of buttons!!)
I played around with an ombre colour scheme.
I love it. I have another frame to do up, next time I am feeling brave with my buttons!! :)

Great frame - you seem to have "hoarded" buttons in matching colors! A great DIY project!

DeletePerfect frame for a perfect photo. Love the colours.
ReplyDeleteLaura I love this!! I used to make frames like this when my daughter was little (she's 19 now yikes!). And the ombre effect is awesome! There are some unique buttons in that collection too! Thanks for playing in our neighborhood at 613 Avenue Create!

ReplyDeleteThanks for stopping by Laura. I think Tim could probably manage to sell us crafters anything!!!
ReplyDeleteI have the absolute polar opposite feelings towards buttons, but what you've done with the frame is lovely, especially the ombre effect.
