Oh Laura, this is truly stunning. What a dramatic show. This should make anyone smile.
ReplyDeleteSo pretty. Are Orchids easy to keep alive? I'd love to get one, but they aren't cheap and don't want it dying on me.
ReplyDeleteIf you have them in the right position, yes they are easy to keep. A north facing room, away from drafts and radiators, water once every 10 days if in bark chips or less often if potted in moss. To be honest, we never buy full price orchids - go for cut price ones and look after them! Let me know if you get one and I'll share more of my 'wisdom' with you! X
Deleteyour orchid is beautiful and yes definitely made me smile, I have tried to grow..... keep them alive a few times but always failed miserably, next time I'm given one I will bring it straight round to you

Your orchid is lovely. The colours remind me of rhubarb and custard!
ReplyDeleteI do love orchids and have several in my home. Oh! And a tiny one in my office.
