Here is my desk at close of play yesterday...
It is meant to be tidy. I have incoming goodies that need to be made in to samples so I thought a clean fresh desk would be a good place to start. Thankfully Mr Postie didn't bring the goodies today. All I need to do is spend an appropriate amount of time tidying before looking at all the wonderful desks... You'll know if I succeed by the timing of my visit to your place! :)
Thanks for stopping by!
p.s. I'm also up on the Crafty Ribbons Inspiration blog today if you fancy a peep!
p.p.s Yes, that is a popcorn maker on the desk!! :)
A grreat space to get crafty in! Just leaving a quick hello from Twiglet and Wipso as Annie hasn't any broadband in her new home yet!!
ReplyDeleteI spy a nice looking young man Lol! and something that looks like afters but could be a sundae glass full of ribbon?
ReplyDeleteHave a good week and happy crafting, Angela x 49
He is Sami Hyypia, my fave footballer (or soccer player depending on where you are!) and yes it's a ribbon sundae!
DeleteThanks for stopping by!
Fun looking desk today. Did pop over to the other blog, do love that sheer dyed ribbon. Wondering what you use to attach it to the paper. Diane 57
ReplyDeleteAh, well... I used a small amount of glue hidden underneath the alphas. As the alphas are on top this is enough to hold it down. It's fine for a layout that is not going to take much battering. If I use it on a mini album or something that gets handled more I use small staples.

Like Angela I spied the sundae glass, but thought it was rubber bands. Hope you got your desk all tidy ready for the incoming stash.
ReplyDeleteHope you have a good week and happy WOYWW.

Hehe, no it's ribbon. I'm not trendy enough to be in on the band craze ;)
DeleteMy eyes were drawn to the beautiful multi coloured stack of tapes/ribbons at the back of the desk. That would cheer me up for sure!

Yes, your sundae glass looks like a tutti fruitti ice cream - beautifully colourful - whatever is in it!
ReplyDeleteTake care. God bless.

It's ribbon Margaret! There were just perfect 'ice cream' colours so they went in the glass :)
