I've been gone a while. I keep seeing things that I find super inspiring but I've had either no energy or other things needing to be done. One of the many tabs left open on my web browser is 'show us your stuff' and their December sketch. I managed to have a go
Pretty much the entire layout is made with like for ever kit contents. I added some tiny stars (ebay), ribbon off cuts (Crafty Ribbons), a doily (SpiegelMomScraps).
The title is long for me - and I had no trouble getting it all out of the mini alpha tiles from Cocoa Vanilla, with loads of left overs. Why aren't all alpha sets like this?!
And the journalling to explain the title. He was eleven months then... I wonder how he'll react this year...
I have real trouble using flair - not buying it though! I was pleased to get this one on the page.
The top cluster with it's wonderful chubby star!
The doily was white. I used some shimmerz and Derwent art bars along with a water brush. I may have added a little Inktense in too. I could colour doileys all day long!
Thanks for stopping by!
Hi Laura, Fab LO. Hope you get plenty of nice photos this holiday season. Sue
